NAB Group offers the best in the industry be it a General Labourer, Concrete worker, Groundworker, or Plant operative. We have 300 certified workers, checked by the Home office for work eligibility. We make sure all operative and plant certificates are up-to-date. We pride ourselves in providing appropriate PPE in line with current industry best practice.
We also provide our own concrete placing plants, be it a job on price or dayworks.

Naib Aulakh
CEO
Naib started the company out 18 years ago when he identified a gap in the concrete services in construction industry. Initially, he had started NAB Concrete Service Ltd where they supply Labourers, Concreters, Ground Workers, and all plant operators but as the team grew and got stronger, Naib also built from his excellent client relationships and commenced tendering and securing full subcontract construction packages.
Naib has always been driven by good results on site and exceeding the expectation of clients. As the CEO, Naib is proud to have come this far and to have grown the business from its humble beginnings and strives to continue the forward growth of the business.
Alin Busi
Managing Director
Alin is an experienced leader that grows all sectors of the business to make it a dynamic and progressive organisation.
Alin focuses his time on supporting the business and ensuring the people are motivated, engaged, and productive. He is a genuine advocate of shared success and leadership through example. His time is focused on strategic growth that includes building a bigger and stronger team with common objective to deliver quality work to our clients. Alin has strong leaderships skills in board governance and new business development.
Ronnie Kumar
Commercial Director
Ronnie is our Commercial Director, often found negotiating new tenders and client relationships, alongside supporting the commercial team here at NAB Group.
Ronnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and has been with NAB Group for Over 15 years. Ronnie commenced his career as an engineer so has a good practical knowledge of the built environment and process’.
This coupled with his astute commercial acumen led to progression into Quantity Surveying and his current role at NAB Group. Ronnie enjoys getting involved in aiding the projects management teams and mentoring our younger members of staff.
James Fitzgerald MCIOB
Operations Director
A Chartered construction professional with over 25 years experience within the RC Frame and Groundworks sector, James joined NAB Group to aid in the continued expansion and professionalism of the business, a great team leader with a keen eye for detail. Coupled with a commitment to client satisfaction and Health and Safety compliance, James is proving himself to be a valued addition to NAB team.
He oversees our operations throughout the UK and is always available for technical queries. James is also a certified Temporary Works Coordinator so has a keen eye on our Temporary Works Designs and implementation as well as liaising with our commercial team to ensure cost and programming is on point and suited to the needs of our clientele. Keen on regular client consultations, feedback and networking, James also relishes the challenges of assisting where needed with the bespoke operational needs of our sites and supporting the ongoing progression of our site teams.
Sarbjit Bhandal
Head of Accounts
Sarb is a key member of the team with over 15 years’ experience in account practices. Leading the team and supporting with the functional and cross-functional financial processes and procedures to include not least Payroll, Monthly Management Accounts, Reporting, Inventory, Reconciliation, Purchase Ledger, liaising with external auditors and managing the end of year audit.
Sharply focused, persistent, and determined, Sarb improved billing efficiency and increased accuracy of financial forecast.
Tony Gallagher
Senior Quantity Surveyor (Scotland)
Tony is our Senior Quantity Surveyor /Estimator, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Economics and over 35 years’ experience within the RC Frame and Groundworks industry working for the established market leaders in our field, he is well-placed to assist with all manner of costings and projections and finding the best solutions for our client’s budgets and timeframes.
With the wealth of experience afforded to him, he is often at the forefront of programming and logistical plans to align his projected costings and visions for a given project. A team player and mentor to our younger commercial team members, ensuring that his analytical approach is fundamental to our commercial outlook.
Qamar Ahamd
Senior Quantity Surveyor (Developments)
Qamar holds both a HNC in Quantity Surveying from Greenwich University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying gained at Kingston University, and is a key member of the NAB team. Most recently highly involved with new build development side of the business, Qamar is a vibrant and confident individual.
Qamar boasts over 15 years of Industry experience spanning Quantity Surveying, Construction and property development. He is an excellent team player and mentor and is always on hand to offer analytical solutions to day to day queries.
Aleena Treasa Abraham
Quantity Surveyor (Scotland)
Aleena joined NAB in January 2023, bringing a blended background in engineering and quantity surveying, she oversees a number of our sites in Scotland, assisting in managing the financial and contractual aspects of various projects. Her career began as a trainee Quantity Surveyor with Glencar Constructions, where she developed foundational skills in the industry. She then joined us at NAB Group, where we helped hone her knowledge and expertise as a Quantity Surveyor and assisted her in completing a master’s degree in quantity surveying at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.
Aleena is passionate about adding commercial value, optimising team engagement, and providing service excellence and has proven herself to be a key member of the Nab Team.
Samandeep Singh
Concrete Operations Manager
Samandeep started with NAB group as a concrete finisher. NAB selected Samandeep as a supervisor as they appreciate and rewarded the passion towards his work.
Every day a new challenge appeared but Samandeep never gave up, improved his strategic thinking and organisational skills and NAB promoted him as Concrete Operations Manager.

Dash Phillips
Contracts Manager
Dash Joined us 2 years ago, from a concrete frame and finishing background, his positive “can do” attitude impressed both our clients and our senior management team, this led to Dash being promoted from Site Manager to a Contracts Managers role within the company.
Dash oversees a number of projects at a time for NAB Group, ensuring Quality Assurance, Health and Safety and Site practicalities are dealt with speedily. Dash also enjoys getting “hands on” on site when required and can often be found assisting our Carpentry and Steel fixing Crews with lifts and plant moves.
Drisya Sudheer
Assistant Project Manager
Drisya Sudheer is an accomplished Assistant Project Manager with five years of experience in the construction industry. She holds a Master of Science in Management in Construction from Kingston University London, and excels in project management, strategic planning, and construction methodologies.
Renowned for her leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to foster teamwork, Drisya consistently ensures projects meet high standards of quality and safety. Passionate about sustainable building practices, she is dedicated to driving project success through proactive management and continuous improvement.
Chinnu Kuriakose
Assistant Project Manager
Chinnu is a dynamic project management professional with over 5 years of experience in overseeing diverse residential and commercial high-end projects. She holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Kingston University, London, and began her career with hands-on industry experience gained through an internship.
Her expertise includes meticulous planning and execution to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, consistently meeting timelines, budgetary requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
Meenal Rathore
Project Manager/Architect
Meenal is a dedicated Project Manager/Architect with seven plus years of experience in the Construction Industry. She holds a Master of Science degree in Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland and a Bachelor of Architecture from RTMNU University, India.
Competent in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to guarantee timely delivery within budget. Strong leadership skills required to motivate and steer project teams towards attaining goals and effectively resolving issues. Excellent communication abilities for communicating project goals, progress updates, and hazards to stakeholders at all levels. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors on all areas of architectural projects, from conception to completion.
